WILMINGTON

Wilmington is a new hotel and resort in Wilmington, North Carolina developed by Ginn Corp and designed by JHS Architects. In 2020 the architect approached us in schematic design with a pdf of the siteplan and reference images and asked us to design, model and render the project for county and shareholder approvals. We delivered Landscape Design, Architectural Design, 3d Modeling of the Landscape and Architecture, 3 Aerial Renderings and 1 Siteplan in 20 Days.
