966 B Street is a new mixed-use development in Hayward, California designed by CHxTLD architects. In 2022 the architect approached us in design development with a vectorworks model and asked us to model and render the proejct for internal design, shareholder and city approvals, marketing, and sales. We delivered Architectural Detailing, Interior Design, FF&E Selection, 3d Modeling of the Site, Architectural Detailing, and Interiors, and 3 Exterior Renderings in 9 Days.
