CHANDON

Thornton Park is an existing multifamily residential building in downtown Orlando, Florida developed by Camden. In 2023 the developer approached us for phase one of it’s redevelopment with schematic design drawings and asked us to design, model, render, and build a virtual world for internal design, marketing, and sales.

Our deliverables included 3D Modeling of the Landscape, Architecture, and Interiors, FF&E Selection and Design Assistance, Renderings, a Virtual World, Walkthrough Videos, and Sales Assets for Print and Social Media.
