Thornton Park is an existing multifamily residential building in downtown Orlando, Florida developed by Camden. In 2023 the developer approached us for phase one of it’s redevelopment with a pdf of schematic design drawings and asked us to design, model, render, build a virtual world, and create marketing collateral for internal design, marketing, and sales. We delivered Landscape Design, Interior Design, FF&E Selection Assistance, 3d Modeling of the Landscape, Architecture, and Interiors, 12 Exterior Renderings, 1 Interior Rendering, 1 Floorplan, a Virtual World, Walkthrough Videos, and Sales Assets for Print and Social Media in 25 Days.
