STEPHENS

Stephens is a new multifamily residential building in Arlington, Texas developed by JPI and designed by Preston architects. In 2024 the developer approached us in design development with a sketchup model and asked us to design, model, and render the project for internal design and city approvals. Our deliverables included Landscape Design, Interior Design, 3d Modeling of the Landscape, Architectural Detailing, and Interiors, Site Plan Renderings, Aerial Renderings and Exterior Renderings.
