PEMBROKE

Pembroke is a new single family residence in East Hampton, New York designed and developed by Architect-Developer De-Spec. In 2021 the architect approached us early in schematic design with a conceptual sketchup model and asked us to model, render, build a virtual world and create a press package for internal design, city approvals and potential buyers. Our deliverables included Landscape Design, Architectural Detailing, Interior Design, FF&E Selection Assistance, 3d Modeling of the Landscape, Architecture, and Interiors, Aerial Renderings, Exterior Renderings, Interior Renderings, a Virtual World, Sales Assets, and Maintenance Updates.
