Andromeda is a new single family residence in Malibu, California developed by Worth Capital Holdings and designed by PAR Architects. In 2024 the developer approached us with autocad files of the architectural drawings and asked us to help design, model, and render the project to attract buyers and sell the property. We delivered Landscape Design, Architectural Detailing, Interior Design, FF&E Selection Assistance, 3d Modeling of the Landscape, Architecture, and Interiors, Site and Drone Photography, 3 Aerial Renderings, 13 Exterior Renderings, 8 Interior Renderings, Sales Assets, and Post-GTM Maintenance Updates in 20 Days.
