Mummy Mountain is a single family residence in Paradise Valley, Arizona designed and developed by Rich Fairborn from The Construction Zone and Build Inc. In 2024 the Architect-Contractor-Developer approached us pre-feasibility with a physical chipboard model and hand drawn floorplans and elevations. He asked us to help design, fully model, and render the project for design coordination, marketing, and sales.
