Glenroy is a new single family residence in Beverly Hills, California developed by Grade LA and designed by CHxTLD and Morning Mountain. In 2023 the architect approached us early in feasibility with a pdf of the preliminary massing model and asked us to design, model, and render the project for internal design, shareholder approvals, and city approvals. We delivered Landscape Design, Architectural Design, Interior Design, FF&E Selection, 3d Modeling of the Landscape, Architecture, and Interiors, 3 Exterior Renderings and 6 Interior Renderings in 15 Days.
