Glenroy is a single family residence developed by Grade LA and designed by Clever Homes architects for development in Bel Air, California. In 2023 the architect approached us in early feasibility with a floorplan sketch and asked us to design, model and render the project for internal design and shareholder and city approvals. Our scope included Design, BIM, and Renderings.
